Eligibility for Return: We offer a 2-day return policy for all items purchased on Snapwize.com. You can return your product within 2 days of receiving it, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-returnable Items: Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, such as:

Refund Policy

- Partial Refunds: In some cases, if the item is returned in a condition that is not original, we may issue a partial refund depending on the damage or wear and tear.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return the original item following the above process and place a new order for the desired product. Unfortunately, we do not process direct exchanges.
Replacement/Exchange will be done within 5-7 Business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will cover the return shipping cost and offer a replacement or full refund for the damaged item.
Refunds and Processing Time
